Return Policy

+You offers free exchange and return services. Customers should ensure that your item fulfills the conditions below.

Exchangeable:

• Within 30 days of purchase
• Invoice number available
• Original condition and tags intact
• Original packaging

Non-exchangeable:

• Due to hygiene purpose, Innerwear cannot be exchanged
• All promotional items cannot be exchanged

Return and exchange process:

1. Fill in the return form in the ‘Return and Exchange’ page
2. Go to the nearest POP station to your home

Terms and conditions

• +You reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse.
• Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete to avoid any delays.
• Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to your credit card.
• Exchange orders are only refundable via the credit card you used for payment.
• Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
